Magistrate Molly Briles has been serving the citizens of Vanderburgh County as a judicial officer in Vanderburgh County's highest-volume courts since 2019 and is the only candidate for Circuit Court Judge with judicial experience. Magistrate Briles has had extensive training regarding domestic abuse cases. She wants to create a designated domestic abuse court where high lethality crimes such as domestic battery, strangulation, stalking, and invasion of privacy are handled in accordance with best practices and evidence-based principles.
